| Silver medals for Bantam C Girls |
 The Silver medals for Bantam C Girls (2009) went to Mill Bay!!! They started Thursday night with a win against View Royal #2, Friday night they lost to Langford #2, so they had to come from behind and work their way back with 5 in a row including beating Sooke (who got Bronze) and fought a great fight against Langford #2 (who ended up with Gold). Mill Bay gave up a 1 run lead over Langford in the bottom of the 7th inning. These girls had fun, showed much heart and worked their buts off and are very deserving of these medals for sure! There were 13 teams competing in the SVI Softball Bantam C District Championships. We are all very proud of them!!
