The Bulls had a successful exhibition season that led them to sweep the Island and earn them their title as the Island Champs. Their pre season stats were a testament to their hard work and dedication, resulting in 15 wins, one loss, and one tie. The Bulls played in the Island Zones this past weekend in Nanaimo and easily ran away with the championship. The first game found them facing Comox with a 17-1 win. They then overcame Parksville 18-2. The third game against Parksville resulted in a 22-5 win and the final game against Victoria earned them a clear sweep with a 16-0 Victory. The team is headed to Aldergrove for the August long weekend in hopes of continued success at the BC Provincials.
